At INSÉRIF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all INSÉRIF tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
